Caprese Kabobs (recipe)

Caprese Kabobs

The grab-and-go version of the classic "Caprese Salad". You're gonna love these kabobs!

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz Small Mozzarella Pearls
  2. About 45 Grape Tomatoes (approximately 6 oz)
  3. 1 bunch Basil
  4. 4 oz Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Sliced
  5. 12 wooden skewers, medium length
Instructions
  1. Assemble each skewer by starting with one tomato, then one pearl mozzarella, then one basil leaf (leave whole, but fold once before skewering), then one roasted red bell pepper.
  2. Repeat until three of each item adorn your skewer, but make sure to end with a tomato.
