The grab-and-go version of the classic "Caprese Salad". You're gonna love these kabobs!

- 8 oz Small Mozzarella Pearls
- About 45 Grape Tomatoes (approximately 6 oz)
- 1 bunch Basil
- 4 oz Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Sliced
- 12 wooden skewers, medium length
- Assemble each skewer by starting with one tomato, then one pearl mozzarella, then one basil leaf (leave whole, but fold once before skewering), then one roasted red bell pepper.
- Repeat until three of each item adorn your skewer, but make sure to end with a tomato.
