How-To Video: Smoked Gouda and Prosciutto Mini Quiches

Of all the dishes I pour my heart and soul into for clients, friends, family, and guests, there is one recipe I find myself making more often than any other: Smoked Gouda and Prosciutto Mini Quiches. These satisfying appetizers are such a crowd-pleaser. They have become my #1 most ordered menu item…by far!

Everyone wants that go-to, super simple, YUMMY recipe that they can whip up in a flash, and leave guests smiling in delight. They’re also PORTABLE! Yay! Breakfast in the car never tasted so good.

With just a few REALLY FRESH, REALLY DELICIOUS ingredients, you can have these mini quiches done in a snap. The smokiness of the Gouda (make sure you get a “smoked” Gouda), and the dry, smoky Prosciutto pair perfectly with sage, and just a hint of nutmeg to wake up everyone’s taste buds. But don’t let the richness of these flavor-packed ingredients fool you…the fluffy eggs make it so light that everyone will still have plenty of room for the rest of the fare.

    Well Rachel…….. you are absolutely right!! These are a big-time- hit! I took these to a group gathering and many wanted the recipe. I think the smoked gouda makes them delicious!!
    I couldn’t give them the recipe, only ingredients, as the measurements of the sage, gouda and prosciutto wasn’t given. I guessed and they came out perfect.
    I’m making a 9 inch quiche out of this today and taking it to a friend.
