  1. 3C Prepared Quinoa
  2. 1C Chopped Cauliflower
  3. 1C Thinly Sliced or Shaved Brussels Sprouts
  4. 1C Chopped Walnuts
  5. 1/2C Sunflower Seeds
  6. 1/2C Asparagus Tips
  7. 1/2C Diced Red Bell Pepper
  8. 1/2C Blueberries
  9. 1/4C Dried Cranberries
  10. 1/4C Finely chopped Green Onion (Whites & Greens)
  11. 2 Mandarin Oranges, Segments
Ingredients for Honey-Mandarin Sauce
  1. 1/4C Honey
  2. 3 TBSP Snow’s Citrus Court “Citrus Pepper Oil”
  3. 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake
  4. Juice of 2-3 Mandarin Oranges
  5. Juice of 1 lime
  6. Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
Directions for Honey-Mandarin Sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Pour over prepared Mandarin Superfoods Salad.
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and toss together with prepared Honey-Mandarin Sauce.
  2. Refrigerate, covered for 30 minutes, up to over-night.
